The Client is part of the local NHS Trust which provides services to around 1.9 million people living in and around Southampton.
The hospital also provides specialist services such as neurosciences, cardiac services and children’s intensive care to more than 3.9million people in central England and the Channel Islands.
The Trust is also a major centre for teaching and research, with partners including the Medical Research Council and Wellcome Trust.
The client is looking for an internal film for their staff which will be shared via our various communication channels, including through their social media channels.
The purpose of the film is to share their Top 3 priorities to help them create a great place to work. These have been decided using feedback from lots of different people and through lots of different channels.
They’re are looking for a student to film their Chief Executive talking about our Top 3 Trust priorities for our staff, these are:
– Effective leadership – Supporting your manager to do a good job
– Learning and development – Supporting you with your personal and career development
– Genuine involvement – Involving you in decision making, asking you to help us solve problems
They would like the film to be interspersed with visuals showing the priorities, maybe highlighting lists. It would also be good if it could include subtitles sot that this may be easily watched on social media when the phone is on silent.
The film should only be around 1 -2 minutes long and they would like it to be impactful so that we grab people’s attention (beyond the first 8-second attention span).
